Help - recent ban

Hello... Hoping someone can help! I got a new computer and re-installed wolf last night. Tried to connect to ECG and got an error msg. I had to re-install several times to be able to click and enable punkbuster. Now when I try to connect I get the msg that I have a permanent punkbuster ban on the server for a prior kick/ban. I've never been kicked or banned while playing, so not sure what happened. I hope this is an easy fix - I miss playing already!

Read any of the next 4 posts with the exception of lol. I'd imagine that's your problem too.

All is well. I hadn't entered the correct CDKey under multiplayer options at first... Thanks for the help, sometimes I'm quite technologically challenged.
