Firewall Banned??

How do I tell if I've been Firewall Banned?

I've been trying to connect to the server for the past week with no luck. The server doesn't show up on the on my list and /connect doesn't work. Does that mean I'm Firewall Banned? If so what do I have to do to get it removed?

I'm Jonesing! Can't wait until the 18th!
