trying to hack ts...

hello powervs! i have a few smacktards that have been trying to hack our teamspeak that we just started to rent from you this month. do you do anything on your end, or do i just keep banning them when they come in? they try to get us to type in codes so that they can access our teamspeak, guess that's what it does...

There's not much your provider can do. Make sure you have as few SAs as possible, make sure they know the precautions about that type of attack. Make sure they have strong passwords. The TS forums may be a source of information about this.
The TS dev team has always denied the existence of security holes in TS, I'm not convinced however.
