Banned (GrinGo)

OK, I know this is probably not done by admins, but I want to get unbanned. I started playing on ecgn server and it all went fine, except when new round started it always kicked me so I had to close rtcw and reenter game again. After a while they told me on server I need to authorize my cd-key in game. So I did that, but when I joined server, I was auto-banned with message like "Player "GrinGo" banned permanently by punkbuster prior Kick/Ban". What's going on? Please help me!
