Am I banned?

I was playing El Al at 10:55pm ET on #1. After I was bombed in a tank at North base, I was kicked (and assumed I am banned since I can't connect now at the moment).

I heard on TS someone ask to kick me for shooting the tail of a Stuka...... but I was at the North base in a tank..... and I don't remember shooting at our own Stuka.....

I'm not sure what I did wrong..... but is there a way to be unbanned?

From the log, either Mugzy or Buliwyf banned you for 3 days. They will certainly read this thread and reply. Just wait.

I did just remember one more bit of info that might clear something up. I was driving the tank (actually sitting still in it). But there was a person on top in the MG...... I don't know what he might have been doing (it's not like the driver can see up there)......

Anyway, I hope this is just a misunderstanding.

A TS "regular" and a few others were requesting you be banned for repeated shooting of player airplanes on el alamein.

OK. As I mentioned, I did hear someone ask for me to be kicked. But, also as I mentioned, I wasn't doing anything. I was in a tank at the North base trying to defend it. So, I don't see how I could have been shooting "the tail off a Stuka".

In my defense, check my stats, if you would.

Notice a couple things:
(1) I've only had 12 TKs in my 35 rounds played, and
(2) My favorite vehicles don't list a plane (because I rarely fly).

If I had a habit of shooting friendly planes, wouldn't my TKs be higher? If I was plane camping and/or in the backseaet shooting a tail, wouldn't my plane time be higher? That is just not how I play.

I will wait out the ban, of course. But I do not think I did anything wrong in sitting in a tank at the North base and trying to be a good defender and teammate. I know what I did and I know what I did not do. And I did not try to do what I am being accused of having done.

I have played with Vetril on many occasions and have NEVER seen him do any of the things that he is accused of.

Please do not ban upon the request of other regulars. I have almost fallen in this trap myself and it is usually the case that the person requesting the ban/kick does not observe closely enough.

I'll second that. I have seen him around a lot and never once, have I seen him do anything inappropriate.
