Banned for no reason!

Yesterday I got banned for driving arround, and 3 players jumped out in front of me, then they started to crack up and claimed it was for fun, then a few seconds later I was banned.
That really sucks, especially since the previous games I was always on the top ranks.
How am I suppose to get unbanned, or am I to be punished for what those players did?
