TS glitch?

TS glitch?

Seems like starting 3 weeks ago I can no longer sign in as registered n TS. I get a "bad name/password" error. Any ideas? Yes I am sure the right info is entered. Normally the info is already entered by default and all I have to do is click connect. Suddenly one day it quit working. What value if any is there in signing in as registered instead of unregistered?
