Server down?, but how much time will it be down?

This morning to get some fragging experience I noticed that server was down, anything wrong since last days seeemed that the server was running on a default mode or something like that , my spanish game version was running the server i english and with the default configuration for graphics ( such at low detail sky mode, 800x600, normal texture detail etc...), sounds and controls ( I lost all my bindings).

by the way the server was 27 / 4 beach server.
