Spectator Mode

Today I had a real problem with the game moving me into Spectator mode for no reason on my end. Some times I could get back in but after a min. or two it would do it again.
Came back later and again except this time could not get out of Spec mode at all. I played earlier in the day with no problems. Any one else having this issue?
Yes I rebooted the machine. :mad:

ya I had this problem this morning. I was playing on the allies and after dieing once it kicked me into spec mode.
It would not let me back on as a allie but it did let me back on as axis.I have no idea what was the cause though.

Hey fellas-

Did you guys run out of lives? You dont have the full compliment of lives like you used to, its now based on when you join the game.

For instance, since Allies start with 50 lives, and there are 25 minute rounds, its 2 lives per minute.

If you come into the game at 12 minutes left, you'll only have 24 lives. When you lose all your lives you are moved to spectator.

my brother pons had the same problem over and over and he wasn't loosing lives that fast
he didn't liked it because he lost all his points so when he was first suddenly he was last and everyone likes to win

we were playing a couple of rounds afhter each other so i dont think it has anything to do with lives

he doesn't looses 23 lives in a minute

I had the same problem last night also. I've run out of lives before, and it just spectates other players just on your team. It says on the top left corner (No more deployments this round). But last night, it just transfered me spectating like you would if you were a spectator. You could spec allies or axis. I tried getting back on, but I couldn't join a team. So I opened limbo menu, and just put me as a spectator. Then I opened it again and joined a side. I had no clue what happened.

I have it too, like my brother said (silversurfer)
And i hate it, you just suddenly without any reason join spec, not because your lives are up, you just suddenly are spec, i HATE it :mad:

i've had it like 4 times already today :help:

Yeh, it happened to me every game iv'e had so far this evening, (Dec 30th) usually there are 10 mins left of the match and I still have about 25 lives, then i get shot and it says "Giggles joined the spectators". I could get back into the game but was upset because all my points/revives were lost because I had to start on zero again. :mad:

Hmm....I think I know whats causing this...

When it puts you in spec, do you follow a player, or are you in third person?

Hey ,happening again Is the server trying to keep the amount of players equal or something?The only reason I say that is each time after it happend ,and I went in to the limbo menu and it let me join the other team,but I could not go back to orignal team.?????????

This has been fixed, as well as the ominios "no invul time at spawn" bug. Which I have to admit was rather funny for a while.
