A question I always wanted to ask:

Why do admins type !kick name instead of typing /quit in console or !putteam name instead of open limbo menu and choose spectator?

The putteam is faster especially if you have it bound. Moving quickly to spec is very useful especially when something kicks off that needs immediate attention. It's when the !putteam is followed by anything but 's' that you want to worry...
