New Shrub Stat

[Namloot]

I want to thank MAN-AT-ARMS for working with the shrubmod coder and bringing a new stat to the server , "Most Time Not On Scoreboard". This stat rewards the player who remains off the scoreboard for the longest time in a game.

I would like to congratulate LuniticFringe for being it's first winner. I understand she took the new honor several times this after noon.
