Shuffling...

Sat Mar 12, 2005 4:02 pm

Shuffling's okay if you do it at the end of a round, don't do it right after a half-round... Just got done playing 25 minutes getting raped by axis, then get to go axis "SHUFFLE", bam back on allies.

If the clock is set, "25:00", then that means there is a half-round left. If it says, "Allies could not beat the clock, or Allies have beaten the clock" then the round is over. Just let a round finish before shuffling it like crazy.:-\

I hope you're not talking about the shuffle I did. I waited until right before Round 1 to do it.

And I have no control over who goes to what team. So if it gets more stacked, oops.

Yes, the admins have been instructed by M@A, to generally shuffle only at the beginning of round 1.

I shuffle in the warmup when the teams are really (emphasis on REALLY) uneven. What round it is makes no difference to me...

From what I've seen, if you leave the teams uneven for 25 minutes when allies are clearly gonna get raped then an awful lot of players leave the server and where's the fun in that?

Might as well let them have a quick round of defense...

To tell you the truth a weak team on axis is not too much of a problem, either the round is short or they camp and fix the problem that way. On the other hand if the weak team is allied then that makes for a really shitty game and lots of players drop out and it's before one of those rounds that I tend to shuffle. Most times though the problem fixes itself though...

I hate having a stacked axis and not being able to get out of the trenches.

ever since ive been here stacking is something thats been part of the game. get use to it. you never complain when your on the stacked team, but when your on the weaker one its all about the shuffle isnt it. you guys complain too much about everything. the server is getting so limited. mausers, panzers, venoms, flame throwers....rediculis. those weapons are meant to be a part of the game. dont get made if you die by a heavy weapon....learn to beat them.
