In game stats

For some time, I've been seeing players accessing there stats (kills, dies, accuracy...).
I then tried severals command such as !stats, but I've never beened able to have mine on the screen:(
I also wonder if somone knows the difference between / and ! commands (ex. /kill or !help).
Finaly I must apologized for my poor english since I dont have the chance to practice it as much as I want.

/ is usually a console command

exec......./gp, /die, /sg, ect...

and ! is a in server command

like
!stats, !find (someone)......ect...

hit t and then !stats maybe thats the prob.
