Mauser Headshots

Ok folks:

I was playing on beach today, and i got sniped by bririous or whatever it is spelled, and I was hit and gibbed in one shot.

Now I have been playing this game a long damn time, since 03 and I have not seen this before.

Each shot from him this occurs, whether it is me or another person. Now I am not accusing him of hacking or anything but wanted to make an inquiry as to if this is normal or not and if it is what are the parameters to make that happen.

I asked him that same question via PM and he stated a headshot, now I have done numerous headshots, but never have a gotten a kill AND a gib in one single shot just a kill.

uhhhh a headshot with a mauser kills you...

Yep 1 head shot kills you and if you have low health sub 50 or so it will gib you as well...

Same way with the venom. If you unload your spinning drum of death on an enemy that has less than 50hp or so, they will just explode like a panzer hit them.
