Need a little help please

My pc died and i got a new one. I DL'd the patches, but when i go into the server select screen, i got nothin. My connection is fine. Please help me get back on the beach! Thanks for any responses

If it helps, i tried typing /connect 69.31.6.180:27960 in the console. It just says "trying to connect" and does nothing else but count up the timer.

Have you made sure your firewall is set up to allow wolf?

can you get out to the web at all? I you can, you should be able to connect.

If you refresh the server list, do you see anything? If you don't, try re-applying the patches. For whatever reason it may not think you're at the same version as most servers (which is... what, 1.41 I think? It's been so long...)

I did allow wolf. I even double checked the ports.

I can get on the web fine.

I refreshed the server list, and get new list.

I Dl'd the newest form of the patches from gamespot and fileplanet. so it shouldnt be the patches.

When i refresh/get new list, it says "waiting for response from master server" or somethin.

Wierd, but it started working all of the sudden lol. Thanks for the advice, maybe it just needed to be off a while.
