Need some help with some settings please

Hey everyone, i got a new pc and lost my config from before. I was wondering if anyone knows what settings to change to make my screen brighter (within reason). I really have a hard time seeing in the shadows, so i am taking "shots in the dark" literally.

I had my settings set pretty bright before and had no shadows at all. Please help, and thanks for the input you give.
