why the hell was i perm banned?

i had benn through a lot reinstalling this forsaken game due to installation problems, then when i finally made it got a message from pb saying that i was perm banned from ecg server

i never violated the rules dude i just uninstalled the game cause it wasnt working properly then it took me a long time to reinstall, when i finally made it and when to ecg pb said i was perm banned. i never hacked or cheated i just reinstalled the damn game. i didnt deserved it

Check your rtcwkey file in your Main folder...

Make sure the file named rtcwkey in the main folder has the same cd key as the one on the front of your game box. If not change it so it does and you should be able to get in...
