Problems with OSP

We are trying to get our server up and running with OSP, but for some reason the timelimits are screwed up. No matter what we do from the console, once a game is restarted, the time limit is set at 60 min.
This doesn't happen with shrub mod, only OSP. There is nothing that we have in any of our .cfg files that alters timelimit, so I don't know why it keeps forcing time to 60 min.
Anybody have any suggestions?

type in this "rcon **** seta g_timelimit "&&" ****=your rcon password and &&=the time limit you want. Try that.

osp and Shrub is about the same then hey?????. rcon commands...
