Invalid .pk3 files?

I seriously just got kicked for 2min cuz i did one of the ordinary too many name changes.. and i reconnect in 2min and i get error.. invalid .pk3 files.. anyone know wtf is going on?

its a server error, usually when I get too many name changes I go all the way out to my desktop, then hit the shortcut and get back on, I never do a /reconnect because I get that same error, happens a ton if the server crashes and you sign back in doing a /reconnect, hope that helped
