Trying to Join Server

Hello,

I just got RtCW reinstalled...and I can't seem to join any servers. It goes to "Awaiting Gamestate" and just sticks there. I can still open up the console while in the "awaiting gamestate" mode...

Any suggestions? It has been sorever since I've played thisg ame and I have no idea what's up.

I've edited that cd-key in the rtcw directory already and everythign checks out. Any suggestions?

Btw, this happens on every server I'm trying to connect to.

Never mind. It appears that my connection just sucks. Muh bad.

Check your firewall and router settings.

This happens when the game either can't connect to the id's key authentication server or the Punkbuster server.

It can also be a routing problem somewhere between your ISP and the authentication server, but this is rarely the case.
