anyone use arrows only and never straif???????????

i use arrows only... left=turn left, right=turn right, up=forward, back=back, jump is mouse 2, fire is mouse 1, sprint=shift, del= crounch.. thats all i ever use. anyone else as lazy as me?

i never turn i always strafe..keys.... w=forward s=backpedal
a=strafe left d= strafe right q+e=leanleft/right
x=drop weapon, z=zoom....g=playdead h=gp
1=knife 2=pistol 3=primary 4=nade 5 or mouse 3=needle/airstrikecanister/pliers...6-dyno, and packs...mouse1-fire mouse...2 jump

way to involved man.. is a game not work..

Fat Tony.... what kind of 'straffing' do you do with a panzer?

I have the mouse on 'free-look' or whatever they call it. Up arrow forward, down arrow back. All side to side is done with twitches of the mouse. With the mouse on free-look, it doesn't matter which direction i'm moving or jumping in. I can keep a bead on the target. I still have to spin the avatar around if going backwards, but it's a neat trick just to jump forward, twist in the air and use down arrow/sprint on the fall to keep moving fast.

Head shots are where it's at baby.

I did that when I first got the game but now I use W, A, S, D and all the other ones I'm to lazy to name them all, oh yeah plus my good old binds

I don't strafe, I have a hard enought time moving left, right up and down as it is. I have my mouse on a very high sensitivity so it is really easy for me to change direction and spin around etc as my controls are really "floppy". I tried using the strafe keys but just found it way too hard.

no i never straif.. to lazy to.. i have mouse on REALLY high sensitivity too... i just time my shot well... so i am firing as i am on top of bunker.. it works well .. i never die to snipers b4 my shot always after.. i kill 4 they kill me... fair enuff.. keke

i've never even used the "left/right turn" before (mouselook!)

and my mouse sens is so low it's almost off

other "crazy" binds- mousewheel up is pistol, down is SMG
Q is needle/art strike
E is packs
crouch is Shift
fire is Mouse1, sprint is Mouse2, dropweapon Mouse3

Not straffing is committing suicide(atleast to me)

yep if you don't strafe you will never be able to get somewhere fast just my opinion i allways strafe from my first day of gaming witch i can still remember

Yep i use the arrows...

up is reload
down is backwards
left and right are strafing



if you dont strafe you are an easy target, end of story.

Does Fat Tony even know what strafing is? How you can not add that to your left and right arrows is amazing.

Why bother making buttons for turnign when your mouse does it too?
