is there the new version of the server running by now?

is a new version ofthe server running now, i say this because i have been serious problems trying to connect, when i try to join the server my connection just blows up, and i have to restart my Pc. Do i have to download something to run it now?.

Can you connect to any other servers? Or just having problems with ours?
