I found this post on happy penguin forums? by the way there server sucks the spawn time is 28 seconds all they do is play depot... so if you can make my ban only one week rather than 2 I'd appreciate it!!

by the way I'm banned from another server that does marketgarden with 40 players because I shot a teammate in the head after he pushed me with salute... aernt people allowed to have fun without getting banned?

Those guys suck. They cant play and get banned so they're piss off. I play on ECGN since like 5 month and I never saw someone be banned for nothing. Most of the time it's for abusive tk.
And Trever, when you shoot at a teammate with a mauser, 80 health are lost. I think that leaving your teammates with no chance to survive is enough to be banned. I never had a problem with you and you never act like a jerk when I'm there but if you did that, I understand why you are banned.

You can have fun, but tk'ing someone for pushing you is not allowed. If you think this behavior is acceptable on 24/7 Beach you are in for a shock.

jeez that message board is full of intelligent, well spoken mature adults huh? Man they need to get a life and realize that using 4 letter words makes you sound like an idiot, it doesnt make you cool or tough.

I didnt tk the guy that pushed me I just shot him in the head and he was a medic and was just camping somewhere nobody was even close to him and he banned me... this game doesnt have enough servers to play in and I'm banned on 2 out of 3 that I can find that has enough people worth playing

I personally think the beach is well run. After about 2 minutes i dont lag anymore either. Between all the admins i dont have any problems either. I wonder why.... maybe its cuz i dont call anyone a 20oz cum bucket or something of that nature.
Those used up tampons over there are just mad cuz they got kicked out of the special school district and the short bus wont take them to their local electronic store so they can pick up the newest, most fastest, badest assest video card thats out.

I rarely play Wolfenstein, but I went to the link from this thread that lead to their forums and I was completly disgusted with their language and sheer ignorance.
Here are some of the posts(I edited the swearing down a bit):

This only proves that they are a bunch of losers, I mean look at how they behave on a server then expect not to get kicked? Please... What they don't seem to understand is that ECGN servers have rule such as no driving to the airfield and such which may be veiwed as dumb or anything else. I believe it is a good rule so some noob doesn't steal your plane or something. But it's really simple...read the forums...learn the rules....play by the rules or don't play here! If I went on there server I wouldn't sit and down there rules or anything like that. I want really bad to go over there and say something but I don't want to sink down to their level.

That AUTO guy is a jerk. I killed my team mates 5 times in a row and he ban me for no reasons. This sever for n00bs meh 1337 I hate them all, I glad they banned me. And AUTO can go suck a big 446240090um,sdn,.

I am not a fan of Happy Penguin but to be fair, there is many people on this server who sound just as stupid when they talk and post here (minus the swears). To play the devil's advocate here though, they do have some valid complaints. Albeit, tk'ing teammates should result in a temp ban or even a permanent ban. Whether people want to admit it or not, there are a few admins on the server who like to flex their muscle because they do not get "respect" in other parts of their life so they use their powers here to get it in the game by force. They abuse their powers and get away with it because they kiss up to the right people. Although, to be fair again, they make it seem like all admins here are like that but that is not true. Only a handful are like that.
I'd suggest just playing on a different server or just changing your name, Trever. People hold grudges here and that clouds their judgement on how they react to situations. Nothing here is going to change.

Allow me to offer an analogy. If there were no stop-lights on roads, what would happen? Chaos. Mayhem. Driving might be fun for the first 20 feet, but then you'd be plowing into a pile of wrecks.
ECGN's Beach has stop-lights. It helps the flow of traffic. Allows the majority to have an excellant game.
So... we don't allow racism. We don't allow blocking (unless it's the enemy). We don't allow tk'ing (unless accidental). We don't allow purposeful bleeding of friendlies. We don't allow spamming (yes spam-guards are on but there are ways around it).
Without needing to open a thread or run a poll, I know that ecgn's Beach guys/girls arn't going to go to Happy Penguin, en-masse, to cause problems. Why? We have to much respect for the game, and your server to do that.
However I do feel a display of skill is warrented. Happy Penguin peeps will see over the next few days or weeks what kind of skills ECGN's Beach hones.
Look for us Gentlmen and Ladies. We won't be blocking or being crude. We'll just be nailing your sorry asses to the walls
