Ping Spikes and Packet Loss...

I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this problem but, as of late, I have come across an abnormal amount of ping spikes and packet loss during gameplay with generally the same amount of users.

For example:

During the month of October:
Ping Range 90-138
FPS Range 38-90

Lately:
Ping Range 150-420
FPS Range 10-47
