nicking for wolf
its been about 7weeks last time played wolf
all because inadequate o/s privileged its looking like i needed a new comp bull cocky
another week or two look out nuggz will be back hope to see p's soon...peace out

My husband couldn't find local internet security policy in Administrative tools also. He used the last option though in the post before last (the one posted by ConScIouS) in the thread titled Inadequate Os privileged message.That post applies to Windows Xp Home Edition. Maybe you should try that. It's worth a shot....

I didn't have home edition. I have some type of media XP for Windows so I had no problems locating local internet security policy.

start>run>mmc
from the microsoft managment console goto
File>add snap in>add
Double click "IP security policies"
Then when the box comes up asking what computer, just OK the local computer. Then save it if you want.
You now have "Ip security policies on local computer" which is all you need unless your in a workgroup or your a DC.
