Ummm Why was I banned

There seems to be a huge problem here. I am a loved and important part of this wolfenstein community and there was a huge mistake by one of the mods . I had to reformat my computer and I re installed wolfenstein and I was all happy to play again but no, it says I am permenatly banned. Please fix this problem ASAP. Thanks a million.

ECGN *hates* people who reformat their hard drives. They're patently against the practice, so I'm afraid you'll be banned forever.

How could my cd key be banned? I just bought this thing around christmas and only installed it once, didnt give it to anyone.

Did you buy a pre-used package? Some stored buy back games and resell them even those with keys. Its a bad practice IMO but they still do it.
