soo was going to get a desktop for teh gf... as of right now the case she wants is

but like I am too lazy to go look up what I should get with it (motherboard video card etc) so if anyone would be so kind as to hook me up with some links to stuff...shooting for kinda cheap but still want quality that would be awesome...thanks

It really depends on what the purpose of the desktop is. Gaming? Internet browsing? Pictures, videos, mp3s? Word processing? Windows Vista or XP or...? Etc....

That's a nice case, but if you want to design on a budget there are others that are cheaper and would work probably just fine...but again, it depends on the purpose of the rig.

And speaking of budget - how much total are you looking to spend? If you gave us a number, that might highly influence what kind of goodies you pack in there!

I let her pick out the case, some of the other ones i showed her she didnt think they were pretty enough so i gave up on putting in my opinion...well I guess it would be for everything and yes I want to make her be a lil nerd like myself so looking for something that will be good for gaming too... somewhere around the 1000 but could spend more ... thank you guys for your help!!
