Nooby is back but needs help

Ya im back everyone, finnaly built the new computer and took me forever to find my CD so yeah. But, now for some help, ive tried updating pb and all from even balance and im still getting kicked for PB INIT FAILURE, ill try repatching and all but if anyone can help the Noob out id appreciate it.

Im running Windows 7 64 bit, not sure if thats a problem at all.

EDIT: Fixed stupid mistake of me but yeah im back any way talk to me

New problem

I fully updated and now everytime i click enable punkbuster it doesnt work i need some helps :/

This happens to me sometimes a couple of years go. I couldn't enable Punkbuster in the main menu. However I managed to solved my problem without reinstalling.

I had to edit the wolfconfig_mp file (by emptying all stored scripts) in the Main folder, re-enter the game and make sure in the console cl_punkbuster is "1". When re-entering Wolf, RTCW will restart as default but now I'm able to manually enable PB.

I tried that and entered into the servers successfully.

ill try it hayling but I cant seem to find Cl_punkbuster and when i typed it into console it said it was a read only file

For console and not see it, or know name.
Just type "cl_ the press tab and all Cl cvars is showed.

If you type cl_punk then press tab you will see it.
If your have patch 1.4, dont know if this work in prevoius patches but probobly yes.

If you have manage to get cl_punkbuster just press enter to see what´s it´s on?

Then just press arrow up, and cl_punkbuster will come again and add "1" after then press enter. or type manually.
Always start Rtcw in admin mode.

And in controlpanel "system security" in "windows firewall" and "manage a program access true firewall"
Look soo pnkBstrA and pnkbstrB have access on both private and global.
(using swedish Os), hope it help you anyway a bit!
