I agree with the concept of winning over points. I would award more merit to the guys leading the way for the doc carrier. After all, a trained monkey can run the docs if the way is cleared for them. Also judgment and strategy are key. If the way isn't clear, then you should know that and find another way. Be versatile and adaptable, predictability is weakness in this game.

True, But that last sentence of you, damn, I don't understand it at all. But who cares. The best players you can have are dedicated players, players that come to every training, and are almost always availeble. And ofcours, they may not think as an individual but as a team.

What I meant was you have to adapt to your surroundings and opponents. There is no universal strategy, some tactics are useless against certain types of players. Read your oponents and develop a plan that will work against them. Some people just keep doing the same things over and over, easy to beat.

I, myself, would have to agree totally with Burningwick's first reply. Our clan however does not appoint a rank to any particular players. We have, in general, all around good players and we tend to switch back and forth among, LT's, Medics, etc... Primarily, when I'm out scouting, I'll play on a server and watch people who hover around the top 5 or 10 mark. If they maintain scores like that for a few rounds, most likely they're good. I'll then spectate for a while and watch their aggression, moves, accuracy, etc. Yeah, bad attitudes can make a clan look bad, but as long as they can hide it verbally while they're playing, it makes a damn good wolf player.

That's just my $0.02, tho. :)
