My stupidity freaks me out sometimes... help.

Postby M0b!us » Tue Jul 22, 2003 1:34 am

Welp... for some stupid reason, I did something (not important) which required me to uninstall wolf. So I did it the correct way... through the add/remove programs option in the control panel. Then I popped in the Wolf cd and tried to install it again, but when i click on the button, the install sheild window pops up for a second then dissapears and nothing happens. :wall: <thats what im doing with my keyboard right now.

I had a similar problem once, except when I wanted to reinstall it, it said "uninstall" instead of reinstall. SO i had to go into the files on the cd and look for the compute ricon saying "setup"<<,go fig>>>so that fixed my problem. Don't know if it'll help yours.

Killer Mike's solution should work...but if it doesn't you have to delete all references to Wolfenstein in the system registry. Good luck!
