Banned - by Be Cool????

ok, i have played on ECG servers in the past fine and dandy, and today i got banned with the reason no votes.

here is the story.

Came on and a player, Be Cool, was getting headshots all over the place, and others were complaining about it being a aimbot. It was annoying, 2 peeps go round a corner and get killed with little time to get past 3 or 4 bullets.

so, i put on a couple of votes, people voted yes but had some no's so he stayed.

Finally someone else voted (not me, i had given up trying to win and was fucking around with a flame thrower) and the vote passed.

I have a feeling both me (zatter) and arten have been banned, for nothing...

Now, 2 q's.

Who is be cool? He would not admintest for us (would have solved the hole situation) and would not tell us his real name (well real handle).

And finally, can be cool actually warrant banning people for trying to kick cheaters... Surely when a new / unknown player comes on and plays exceptionally - to the point players like arten take notice - its normal to assume they cheat. Especially when they refuse to refute our accusations of cheating, just saying he will ban us.

Oh well, i will change my serials and IP soon and if he has changed his name to something i know!

That was me. I've banned you for 1 hour because you couldnt stop voting. Artan hasnt been banned. I had warned you enough times and you didnt even spec me before you called me a cheater, bitch, aimbotter, fucker, bla bla bla.
You already called a vote to kick me after 2 deaths.
And I also told both of you guys to record a demo and send it to maa and than we will see, but that was too much work for you guys.
I dont see why an !admintest would solve the problem and if I did it would give a 0 because it was a different guid.

but you could have said something, and you did not say anything about a demo, perhaps before i came.

I do hate cheaters, you could have said your name and it would have been cool. It was just cause u kept saying i will ban u that u kept us going.

Anyhow, ip will change quite soon, so no probs then lol.

So when someone kills you 2 times in a row, you're sure it's a cheater but if he uses a regular name, than it's just a good player. Sounds kinda stupid to me.
And i dont see why you keep going on with calling votes after I told you, you will be banned for it.
Just record a demo next time before you make a statement.
