banned?

got banned today, saw an admin bring up the ban list so he must have added me to it. only thing I can think of as to why it happened is that i killed the wrong player too many times :roll:

nice to play by the rules and still get banned. I'd like to know specifically what i did but then again i guess it really doesn't matter.

i was there. i think it was psycho that kanned you. only thing i saw him say was that you were on the banlist.

hmmm, i been playin on ecg beach 24/7 long time now and i've never been banned or even kicked, not once(til now). if there was a spacealien on the ban list then it was a different one than me.

there's both good and bad of having too many server admins, guess i'm just a victom of the bad. funny thing is the player that in the past stole my name and got banned is getting the last laugh :roll:

I posted here because this is not a complaint or whinning, this has a direct connection to this specific game's server and the peeps running it read and post here not on that other forum. If i had done something wrong or wanted to suggest a change or ask to get unbanned i would have posted in the relevant forum.

i would think you guys would be conserned about what happened to me no matter which forum i posted this.

I checked the banlist and your name was in it same name, same spelling... thats why I banned u.. I usually dont ask why your in it because people can come up with loads of stories that mostely arent true at the end.. so give me a good reason why I must believe that the client on the banlist isnt you..

If the other SpacealieN on the list really is another player than it would be nice if the admin that was responsible for the ban could straighten some things up..

I am not 100% positive but I think I remember someone stealing his name and blocking. It was someone doing it to multiple people that day. The person was then banned and that is who is on the ban list. As for this Spacealien, I can't think of anything he has done to ever be banned or kicked.

I feel your pain Space. I'm sure you didn' do anything wrong that's happened before to other people it's been discussed that some idiots clone names get in trouble and the innocent player gets kicked then probably your name was listed as a banned player in the perm ban list, and thus Psycho decided to ban you just in case. Talk it over w/ admin. Keek or Zog and I'm sure they'll fix the problem for you.

ive played when and while spacealien was on, hes no idiot and he knows how to play. Im pretty sure it wasn't him that was banned.

There was a Specific blockers that has used more than 200 names od other players in an attempt to get them banned, kicked by admins.
If the stats hadnçt been reset, we could check if that player was using your name to bitch around.
Let us have time to talk about it and check it out.

P.S: having many or less admins in a server doesnçt mean anything with the fact of being banned or not.
I have been playing with you, and you have been playing fine, aocoorded to the rules so far.

Can you sign on to the server and play? If you can, guess what....it wasn't specifically you that was banned.

If you can't sign on, let me know and I'll un-ban you. I know you and the only thing you've done that I know of is Dyno-whore...which isn't a bannable offense (yet).

I am sorry I didn't stick up for you more. All I saw was that you were banned then perm banned. I asked Psycho why, he said cause you were on the ban list. I see you as a regular who knows the rules, keeps quiet, and just plays. Your a very good player too, I don't see why you would be on the ban list, I hope it is all just a misunderstanding cause I'd hate to see you go.
