There is no reason for that file to have been in his rtcw folder. Whether or not he was using it at the time is largely immaterial...

He's now paying a price for testing hacks but hopefully he can get this all cleared up and back to playing the game.

I don't play RtCW as most of you already know. I couldn't help but see how often this thread has been bumped to the top on the main page.

I only have to say/ask a few things so please bear with me:

(1) Is this matter resolved? Sounds like Parrot's dropped the Ban-Hammer on DocTrebor. If so, that's the end of the situation, right? Unless Doc can repeal if there is such a process here.

(2) Let the Powers That Be handle the situation.

(3) 8 pages (so far) of 90% drek. Waldo, man... take my word for it when I say you need to go outside more. Or work. Or go to school. Or meet some women. Or read a book. Or do SOMETHING that doesn't involve posting in this thread. Seriously. It seems like you don't do anything else except that. I don't know you and I don't mean to sound like a jerk. But, just... STOP. I think you've made your point countless times. I think. Sometimes it's really hard to make out your point. Again, not trying to be rude, just honest. A single point strongly made is better than many weak points made repeatedly.

(4) Shipwreck: love the cereal box. Awesome!

(5) Doc: no matter what your ban status is on the RtCW server, come on over and play some BF2. Always good to see more friendly ECGN faces over there.

I didn't drop the ban hammer, Punkbuster did. He's in their hands now because unless they intercede the policy has always been that if you can't prove you are innocent we assume you are guilty.

I appreciate those who are supporting me and hold nothing against those who are chuckin rocks. I appreciate the invitation =ender=. If I could run bf2 on the computer i would get it.

Im still waiting on a response from PB, doesnt really matter though as Ive seen enough reaction from the ecgn RTCW community to not really want to come back, havent been on the server much recently anyway...surprised I didnt lose admin for just not being around...you know having a life and all.

Parrot, your lack of faith in me is very disturbing considering the things we've discussed when it even comes to this situation. The dll was in there because my folders are consolidated. And yes, Random is right...im a idiot at computers. Didnt know it was a issue until the kick, being from another game and all...and seeing as how its been in there for over a year I became unaware and accustomed to it. Even still...look at my game play, does it match that of a hacker? Am i posting my 1337 stats? Check out my stats on the shrub site...that will say a lot. I dont hack, havent hacked, will not hack.

ECGN RTCW, regardless of what happens with PB, I think its time to say good bye. Everyones got to stop sometime...

Then, of course, there was the two times Punkbuster has caught you. Look on the bright side though. This is a good lesson for your law studies. It's time to go for what they call a plea bargain.
