What I want to know is what is so wrong with RtCW that it needs to be updated? Graphics, yeah ok, if you like that stuff; game engine, meh not really. Levels, definitely; anti-cheat software, most definitely. Cmon, what else? It's not like it takes much to figure out what the fuck the game needs.

I say you should just buy a nice piece of land near a lake. Get a construction crew to come in and build the beach map next to it...all except the barbwire due to potential lawsuits. Offer paintball rentals and beach-time rentals. I would buy a plane ticket to come play wherever the hell it is. If you need an official to call the matches I would be happy to do it for a small fee and a nice bunkbed in the barracks.

After watching that YT video imo all of the above will just waste even more of your time. They could make a mod where a hand comes out of your screen and pleasures you and it still ain't gonna be worth the $50.

They tried and they have FAILED miserably. This was a rushed game(the 8 year wait is a bunch of bullshit) and I can tell that they didn't give a fuck about anything but making money, unlike the original creators who were actually trying to change the way games are played. I am still amazed at how well RTCW works, it's one of the greatest feats of all time, seriously it is. Think about what RTCW does and how well it does it, it's 99.9% flawless in every aspect.
