I never knew \cmdlist. Thanks Dantes.

if you do /cmdlist it prints to the console
/condump text.txt will then save everything in the console to a text file ('text.txt').
/cvarlist shows all the cvars

a good way to find out some commands is in the console.
start by typing in the start eg. cg_
then press tab
it'll show you a list of options
also \cmdlist will show all possible commands
\cg_lagometer 1 is a good one too, showing how well your connection is doing.
Ok, thanks I was used to write the /cmdlist command but it didn´t allow me to see all the command list (the same than typing DIR without the /p add in a folder full of archives.)

you guys got spawnbinds?
i made like 4 word documents for my cfg 1 for lt 1 for med 1 for eng 1 for soldier
like this:
// |||||||||||
// ||+--+--+||
// ||-Medic-||
// ||+--+--+||
// |||||||||||
////KEYS\\\\
bind 4 "say_team ^0]^7Throwing Grenade^0[; weaponbank "4"
bind g "say_team ^0]^7Regenerating^0["
bind r "say_team ^0]^7Reloading^0[; +reload; -reload"
bind x "kill; say_team^ 0]^7Suicide^0["
bind KP_ENTER "say_team ^0]^7Sniper Alert^0["
bind KP_MINUS "say_team ^0]^7Object Going Short^0["
bind KP_PLUS "say_team ^0]^7Object Going Long^0["
bind MOUSE2 "say_team ^0]^7Medic On The Way^0[(; weaponbank "5"
bind MOUSE3 "say_team ^0]^7Throwing Pack^0[; weaponbank "6"
is for the medic
then in my cfg:
bind F5 "mp_playertype 0;mp_weapon 8; say_team ^0]^7Goin Panzer/Sniper^0[; exec Soldier.cfg"
bind F6 "mp_playertype 3;mp_weapon 3; say_team ^0]^7Going Lieutenant^0[; exec Lieutenant.cfg"
bind F7 "mp_playertype 2;mp_weapon 4; say_team ^0]^7Going Engineer^0[; exec Engineer.cfg"
bind F8 "mp_playertype 1;mp_weapon 4; say_team ^0]^7Going Medic^0[; exec Medic.cfg"
and for team say stuff:
bind 4 "say_team ^0]^7Throwing Grenade^0[; weaponbank 4 "

Wed Jul 23, 2003 4:49 am
beast I would like to have those cfg lifes since they are commands bindings that I didn´t see ever,especially thoses of the faster classes election such the panzer, sniper
Wed Jul 23, 2003 10:54 am
Amaryl-
copied my class selection shiznit (if that's what you're looking for)
difference w/ mine and Beast's is only that he execs a different cfg file for each class, and I don't- mine is just a class select- (altho i need a Sniper.cfg)
for some reason the LT bind sticks me w/ a Thompson even when i'm Axis (let me know if you've got a fix)
and of course- save in Autoexec.cfg file as "all files" in Notepad only (Word/Wordpad don't work- no idea why)
//class binds (copied directly- so include the quotes, just change say_team message/colors)
bind F3 "mp_playertype 1;mp_weapon 4;echo You will respawn as a ^2Medic;say_team ^4.:^7going^4M^7edic^4:."
bind F4 "mp_playertype 3;mp_weapon 4;echo You will respawn as a ^2Lieutenant;say_team ^4::^7going^4L^7T^4::"
bind F5 "mp_playertype 2;mp_weapon 4;echo You will respawn as an ^2Engineer;say_team ^4.:^7going^4E^7ngineer^4:."
bind F6 "mp_playertype 0;mp_weapon 8;echo You will respawn as a ^2Soldier with a Panzer;say_team ^4||^7going^4P^7hukstik^4|| "
bind F7 "mp_playertype 0;mp_weapon 6;echo You will respawn as a ^2Soldier with a Mauser;say_team ^4(+)^7going^4S^7niper^4(+)"

I hope you all read this, its the only adivce I got and its a good one. Keek you will love this one trust me.
Ever spawned in the foward bunker and had a wolfplayer blocking the foward door with a panzer just about to fire it? Everyone around him is yelling move! Kick this dumb noob...well take actions into your own hands push his dumb ass, 9 out of 10 times the noob will panzer the wall and blow himself up...and usually they learn. +salute binded to a key (mine is on x) is a great thing to have. Also to ensure they blow themselves up if your afraid they will go right over the trench wall jump in front of them and its a great feeling knowing you taught a noob door blocker a lesson.

This is in reply to the post about venoms. Venoms are some of the easiest guys with guns to take out, if you avoid their traps. Usually venoms set up in areas where they know a lot of people are going to come, and they can just take them out like lawnmowers. The weakness of the venom is that it overheats, and it takes a few seconds to start firing. So first of all avoid their traps, which are pretty obvious once youve fallen into. Heres a scenario where you know about a venom hiding at the end of a long hall way. Now, when your protected by a wall, and the venom is downthe hall, you can do two things. Either sprint across his line of fire, jumping a few times to avoid obvious areas he would shoot at, and to over heat his gun, then crouch down and kill him with a few shots (this should be easy since hes probably stationary with that heavy gun, and his gun should be near overheating), or you can simply crouch and strafe really quickly with him in your sights. More than likely your gun will fire before his, and if your accurate you can silence him.

Nazi killer, regarding +salute, I believe most good players I know at the Beach have it bound. I personally bound it after playing for about 2 weeks and getting super aggravated at blockers.
Due to the 6 second spawn shield, when faust-boy fires and you push him into the wall, he just bounces around completely disoriented--adding to the confusion. If he'd late getting out of the spawn, he gets pulverized into a thousand pieces by the push-action. And that's a good feeling.
The problem arises when Faust-boy is backed up by just one noob who doesn't know how to push. You can't push someone who's being blocked by another. I've tried. Many times.
Thus, my penchant for giving a warning (if things arn't too out of hand) then giving a kick. Saves everyone else a lot of grief.
Anyone daft or selfish enough to stop in a doorway and fire deserves a kick anyways.

Well when ever I spawn the "noob" has been in the door way aiming for about 20 seconds so his sheild is gone so when I want to make my way threw the trenches I give him a shove and he blows himself up which is histerical and I amek my way threw the trenches safely.
