im sorry guys, but screw binding push. I need the least amount of buttons to push when i am in the heat of things.
The less the better. Im still scrambling all over my keyboard as it is. trust me I have already thought this thing all of the way through. ive decided that the good that comes from pushing outweighs the bad, therefore i will continue to use it whether you guys bitch and complain about it or not.

AutoPush just sucks, bottom line. I have been killed directly from auto push at least 8 times this week. It's getting very old. Ducts are the most notorious spot for this occuring. An example of the last time it happened.... was watching our rear in ducts, group of 3 Axis comes from behind, I am at the junction of the ducts, kill first 2, need to reload... but NO, thanks to auto push I am thrown right back into line of venom fire, dying before I even get to war room. Now if you guys feel it is more important to have it on for your own self serving purposes, more power to you. Just know that many of us are having a little bit of fun takin out of the game, thnks to you.
As for revive, some say go for the head. You know what?... sometimes you cant get to the head... sometimes you can barely get within range... going to the head may put someone in a precarious situation.... a situation that doesn't need to occur except for the fact that someone has their auto push on.
Here's another good one. Was engineer, got to wall about 5 seconds behind another eng., He completes his arming.... then pushes me off arming mine, finishing the job for me. CLASSIC. I was steaming for 10 minutes.
Not trying to make enemies, I know some of you love auto push. In my opinion it is EXTREMELY rude and selfish. Push binded is a much better option for the gaming enjoyment of everyone.

have any of you guys that dont like it ever tried it out?
im turning mine off during allied rounds when the server is packed and most of the clans are playing. im only going to turn it on during allied rounds in the wee hours. since ive been playing with it awhile, ive noticed a bunch of things i like and dislike...mostly dislike.
its just no good for me on axis.

No offense Iceman , as I think you're a very good player, but you were actually the one blocking the door up top in my previous post. You mention how it is rude and selfish but what would you call blocking the door that day? Are you the type who considers it a good strategy to save yourself and let the rest of your teammates get hit by airstrikes and bullets while you are (realtively) safe in the doorway? It all boils down to people who feel that everyone behind them should wait until they are ready and done their thing. No one would use auto push if it wasn't for people with that mentality.
What you described in your post was assholes. It was not the typical people who have auto push on. I have never pushed people out of the ducts. I have never pushed someone away from dynamite so I can plant it. I have never pushed someone into the line of fire. Actually I have...once. The only time I ever ran into someone who was trying to push me was in the ducts the other day. I was sitting around the corner, he came in and was trying to shove me so he can get my spot. I won't tell the whole story but I "accidently" pushed him into the line of fire of an ally who came in the ducts. I felt so bad.
As far as reviving people. Give me a break. I am a medic 95% of the time and I have never had any problems reviving someone who has auto push on. I try and revive the person the normal way first. If I get pushed back then I know they have auto push on. In that case, I go around to their head or jump on them. Never ran into someone I could not revive.
So if you guys do not want people to use auto push, then get your ass in gear and don't block your teammates. Problem solved.

S.S.N, I haven't tried it out no.......simply because I don't like being on the receiving end of it, so I am not going to use it and forward it on to some other unexpecting person that just may happen not to like it either.
Hope that answers your question.
And to Aphid, I am a medic and I have sometimes struggled to revive people with auto-push on. In the heat of battle, sometimes I only have a fraction of a second to revive someone to avoid being killed myself, and if they have auto-push on I get pushed back and so I have to go for the head, but the time it took for me to do that I could probably have ended up being killed for it.
So now when I revive, I automatically jump on the head, but if the body is in an awkward place sometimes that just isn't possible.
Regards,
Giggles.

Edogg, I never said it was you in ducts. just because it wasnt doesnt change any aspect of my post.
Aphid, that is very rare if it was in fact me, I am a smart enough player to know the range limitations of a Thompson. Any one can tell you I am very aware of doorways and use sprint key often in strike/support situations.... sorry, but quite frankly, I don't think it was me, although anything is possible.
I'm glad I took the high road and didn't feel the need to name the players that caused any of my grief, we all make mistakes.

Auto-push Blows..........Big time prob in the ducts, Wraith always has his on, we go in together, him with his usaul "move" 10f-in times(that shit really gets on my fuckin nerves), cant sprint in the ducts, get to the opening of course theres a Axis flamer, and since my wonderful teamate has auto-push f-in on, I fall into the flames.....fuck fuck fuck fuck......I say turn the shit off, Dogg your a great player and you dont need it
- Edogg
no i wont turn it off, it comes in really handy. i realize when it interferes with others, that is why i rarely use the vents now. Hell i dont even try jumping the wall anymore because i end up pushing the booster. like i said the only real problem with me is reviving. if you dont like my autopush then dont revive me...but stop telling me to turn it off.

Turn it off, turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off turn it off

May be the same with me. I can see that it would come in handy going short.
Edogg, I appreciate you're at least considering others. People don't realize the problems it creates in ducts. Not trying to change your game, just realize that some of us have problems reviving auto-pushes.... and we don't know when we go up to a victim whether they have it or not... then have to fumble around trying to get them going again, only to have the extra time it took us costing both lives.
