No, there were not enough Admins in my opinion and the fact that people were starting to refer to it as 'Keek's Beach' is a testimonial to that.

Syribo has more of an "honorary" admin level. She doesnt have the same powers as the regular admins, regardless of the fact that the level is "101". She doesn't have the powers that she so-called 'abused' before when she was an admin. Don't make assumptions about something you don't know about.

DocTrebor is a good guy and I think he'll do a great job as an Admin. He cares about the gameplay on the server. I don't believe he bleeds/TK's anyone on purpose. I just don't.

Killermike doesn't have Admin. I took that away, even tho I had no reason to.

As for me, I never ban people. I don't. Not even sure where you got that idea. I'm about as passive and laid back a guy as they come. Even if someone is causing a problem, I generally will kick and give them a 'timeout' period. LOL, I'm about the last person to "fear" on the server, specially for someone voicing an opinion.

I really enjoy feedback from the server, and to hear about issues that should be addressed. In fact, thats the primaray thing I look for when choosing Admins.

So, if you have really formed a sour opinion of me from second-hand accounts of what I'm like or what I do, I hope you'll reconsider and bring any issues you have to me directly and not "fear" me

even if there is a demo of "me" bleeding someone, its not reflective of my character or true attitude in gameplay. All you assholes annonomous dont play enough with me enough to know anyways. Ask the ones I do play with and they'll tell you I dont play like that.

uhh ok i guess 3 years on the beach means nothing? so i guess i know nothing about the players or server ? my bad i thought being there everyday i would learn something guess not. and also about syibro and trebor u assume.. they won't do these things. try again. like i said no matter what i do or say it will be over looked. it all comes down to player vs. admin and admin always win. and whos the next admin to leave? cyborg, raven, shipwreck, nuggz? guess i'll stop ranting as it will have effect

Kingofbeers...play bf1942 instead! Playing one map constantly would drive anyone crazy...

it seems that the server needed some changes to occur. some of the regulars were getting ban/kicked or just plain arguing with the admins over silly crap. i hope the previous admins continue to play at the Beach, it might be good humbling experience. they may remember that the GAME (Beach 24/7) is good on its own merits and not just by the hands of those with "the power".

on the flip-side, we may find that the new crew of "dictators" is worse than before. in which case it would help to humble our spirits! either way a change had to happen to calm the noise.

side note: i post anonymous because of my inherit distrust of admins ( they are still human with feelings?). But i have tried to be polite about pointing out some of the negatives. i realize that the admins are needed. i am a regular (on ECGN Beach) who would just like to see the most people, having the most fun, this includes noobs, admins, the l337, hell even bubba.

so the cycle starts all over again. you guys have the right to think that, i personally dont give a shit. You guys are kick ass players, sometimes dicks, but good players nonetheless, just remember this is a game gentlemen.

You can come after me as much as you want, its ok, im cool with it. Just know that i have no beef with you all (not exactly sure how many of "you" there are) and i want no ill will. Do you think ill get this, no, but hey, im extending the olive branch, so now, the ball is in your court on whether or not you want to just put the past behind us. Whatever judgments youve made on my character probably are wrong, just put together by bits and pieces of my fuckups or annoyances. Not exactly sure what else to say....hope everyone who is leaving comes back

I know the regulars on the server each have their own cliques that they hang with/talk to on the server. I want no part of that 'favoritism' thing. I want it to be fun for everyone, not just the people who are 'in good with the admin' which seems to be the case now-a-days.

Everyone is on my good side. It's impossible to make everyone happy all of the time, but I try anyway.

If I change setting, etc on the server, it's in the interest of the server gameplay. I want it to be fun AND challenging gameplay, so it doesn't get stale. This server is for people who wanna take a break from all the other crap in their lives and have some fun, not to be one more thing they have to 'deal with.'

If that goes against the grain for some people, so be it.

Hear Hear, some good points Man A A, you have done wonders for the server, your knowledge of the game is incredible, everyone is enjoying the TS channels. selection of admins is a bit different then cfg formating im afraid, Doc is a great guy, would he turn a blind eye if 1 of his clanmate/friends Tk'ed a doc carrier, or popped off a racial slur? absolutely, (not saying RS that you would) but admin on this server for a couple yrs and you WILL find yourself in a position like this.

Geeze Slaughter, admin for 1 day, and over zealous already?

The ones that want it the most are exactly the ones that shouldnt get it, its a privledge, an honor, shouldnt be trivialized, pip pop flinga is fun, but is that what the masses want? no sence having 18 admins that do nothing, we've been there.

A simple set of rules, nit picking to some, common sence to others, was put in place, and enforced equally, 99% agreed, thats not a bad track record.

I'm guilty of wanting a more advanced gaming environment free of retards that feel the need to scream fire in the hole 15 times, sorry for that.

Guess I'm in the dark. So are Savant & Keek now removed as admins for good? Are they not goign going to frequent the server anymore? Are all the other admins still around? Adn who aer the new admins? I go on one little vacation, and everything changes.
