Can i be unbanned please?

I, like almost anyone else playing, don't like to get spammed in PMs while i'm trying to play. Me and Gamb exchange words often, but I don't come on the forum and make a big deal about getting him banned. You do realize my email address is my real name right? So, needless to say i'm not concerned about it.

I used the word stalking because that is exactly what you do. These are the facts:

1) You only play with the name Juventass ///
2) You spam me with PMs
3) You attempt to harass me in global chat, annoying the other players
4) You TK me (or try, since I can shoot infinitely better than you, it's difficult) whenever an admin isn't present
5) You did this every single time you connected to the server until you finally got banned

Put it all together and you have a stalker. You are so completely and utterly obsessed with me that you were incapable of connecting to the server and playing with your normal nickname, not spamming anyone, and not TK'ing anyone.

It is one thing to shit talk, but another to bother, spam, and annoy me and everyone else playing all the time.

Also, Slaughter was unbelievably tolerant in dealing with you. He gave you about 4 or 5 chances to stop stalking me and you continued to do it. Now that you can't play anymore, you try to pretend everyone is overreacting and you're the victim. I suggest taking on a few more extra shifts a week at Subway because it doesn't seem like you'll be playing much RTCW anytime soon.

juv, those are not "the facts". and btw, my original thread did not call you out, it did mention that i was talking shit to you, but i didnt blame you for anything, you just had to post. you instigated the subway comment just like you do everyday on the server and then i say something to you.....do you see... you say something to me, but i cannot say anything back to you...exactly like what my last post about you states...you can talk shit but no one better talk to you or they are out of line right?

and juventus is the best italian football team in history, i did not use you name i used something similar but i changed the spelling and the colors after.
once agian, no one better have a name close to juvs, but it's fine when peeps put agent in front of their name. i once complained about that, and i was told that unless they are using my exact name, they arent really doing anything wrong....just so long as no one does anything to juv.

Subway you're a total waste of life. Didn't you get kicked that day you were tking me and then reviving me for no reason under the name Juvitass? You're an absolutely horrible player and you make up for it by just stirring the #$#! pot every chance you get. All you Agent (or ex Agent I take it they finally got sick of you embarrassing them - wow you know you're a worthless wank if the Agent clan is embarrassed by YOU and not the other way around) players add absolutely nothing to the server and take a lot away. I don't care to get in the middle of this, it seems you all are doing fine without me. I did however want to say something about name stealing. I don't agree with the juventass name or people posing as agents. When PM'ing someone, most people, I assume like me, only use part of the name to PM. If I message juv I do /MSG juv or an agent I'll do /MSG agen. In the past I have had people use Mac in their name in what I seen as an attempt to read pm's meant for me. I have seen the name juventass before but did not know who it was. If I had known it was not "the" juv I would have changed the name. As for a person posing as a clan member, I don't know who is who and don't keep up with who is in what clan. If you pm me and tell me someone is tag stealing I will change it. I don't like name or even partial name thieves as I have had to personally deal with it in the past.
