How about this;
Ban all projectile based weapons.
That way you can twinkletoe your way around the map in complete peace without any nasty enemy soldiers trying to kill you.
Come on...enough whining, enough limits. Things are fine at ECGN.
Grow a pair and play.
I got some extra ones if anyone needs them:D

I think that panzers should effect teammates as well as them selves. Its really gay when a axis panzer is in the warroom and they will suicide themselves and the 10 other axis in the warroom wont die, now thats lame. I think panzers should effect their teammates as well as any heavy weapon ex. Flamer and venom
When I am a medic and pick up a dropped panzer in war room, I aim at the ceiling of the room when an allied comes in, thus I dont suicide. (its all in the physics) of course if your standing right under the part you shoot at, thats just stupid of yourself.

But, I am sick of the panzers hitting the trench, no skill at all, just launch and hope you take out as many as possible, bleh. I rather poison them all.

ya, it's so much better having everything as is, because with one disabled one class almost loses its value

Maybe you yhink it don´t requires too much skill to handle a panzer, but I can tell you it requires some kind of skills, just see what kind of players play on the server, and notice that some of them play on goups, if you see one of them from the edge and fire a panzer aiming right You can be sure many of them are taken out:D, I love this kind of stuff...
or try to jump and fire a panzer on the right place at the same time avoiding enemy shots from everywhre...

Panzer is a very powerful weapon. It can easely kill a great number of ennemy + if you aim right you can guib your opponent, leaving nothing to revive for medic opponents.
I think a lot of players hate panzer first cause of the strenght of the weapon but also cause a newbee is easely able to kill annyone on a one on one fight.
But you must rember, since the number of panzer is limited, when you get killed by a panzer newbee you should be happy.... why? Cause if a newb is using a panzer, that meen that an experience player wont be using it.
For an exemple, when I am using a panzer, I usely have a kill ratio over 4 and an accuracy with the panzer over 150%... and I know there are a lot of better player on ECGN.
So please dont complain at those panzer newbee, and never forget you where one once.

Reversing out of spawn and going along the wall takes slightly longer (3 seconds to be exact) then going through the trenches to the ladder. If there's heavy interdiction fire from axis onto the trench corner to the stairs, I take the wall route and apply pinning fire on the top of the stairs.
There's a lot of ways to play the game. Some people think that making a mad dash to the objective is all that's important. Which works if a) axis are completely disorganized and b) if allies do a good 4 (or so) med-team rush.
Personally, I think allies get chewed up a lot when there are too many players trying to make the dash for the objective--thus giving up the ability to control strategic spots--like the top of those stairs of the top platform (which I think is the most valuable as it controls everything).
When the allies don't support players holding those positions it gives the axis free reign to punish the allies in the trench gauntlet.
And that's when faust hits on that trench turn become so devestating, and that's what leads to kavetching about panzers.
I love being on the top platform, hunched into the wall, and spraying the axis faust jock as he whistles a round right by my ear. He can't advance or I'll chew him up. He can't stand at the top of the stairs or I'll get easy head shots on him. He can't get me with spray damage. He HAS to nail me with a direct hit--which is impossible if I'm paying attention.
Panzers work well against players who are run in herds from the spawn.
Frankly, I think they've got it coming to them for not controlling the above mentioned positions.
Dare I say that *gasp* many of the doc-rushers are newbs to this style? lol.
