Snipers are a fair part of the game....quit whining about them and play the game....

Goes to Raven. He's the only one who snipes as Axis (and allies), whereas Ming and Cheeze hide in the Warroom when on the Axis side, and usually only snipe when they have the advantage of being on the beach.

I respect Raven for that.

Thanks Elite, and PL!! I have to agree with him..... not many of the "Top Ranked' snipers snipe on both sides.

I know of a few extraordinary snipers that do....

......Theres one or two more, but these are the snipers that in my opinion make sniping any fun. They snipe as allies, and once axis, they don't go hide, they SNIPE!!

Sniping as allies is easy....... so many rocks to hide by, so many good spots. Sniping as axis takes some skill.

You others should try sniping as axis...... see how long you can dodge the people that camp that window with nades and panzers. I know for sure that ANIMAL, ELITE, Physh, and Tokyo know exactly what I'm talking about.

IMO, if you can stand in the upper bunker and pick off 2-4 allied snipers who are on the beach, by yourself, you should be proud. Not many of us have that skill, to constantly stand, look, squat to avoid a shot, figure out where to aim, while ducking, and pop up again, and kill someone with a headshot.

That's real skill.

I actually prefer to snipe as Axis. It's much more fun.

ok if it came down to it i would vote for ming (despite the fact that i taught him everything he knows) but rave is correct when he says that ming doesnt snipe that often from the axis side ...no offense ming , just the truth

I'll loose my place in the mauser top 10: my stats are recording in a different file. I was proud to be there among great snipers like Raven, Ming and Parrot.

Well most annyoing is definatley Ming...mostly because I can never manage to get down to the beach to poision him when he is sniping...I can't figure it out...no matter what I'll either get sniped by Ming, or I'll run into 3 or 4 allies...I just can't get down there for whatever reason.

Also snipers of note are Tokyo Ruin and Raven, both pains in my cap when I'm trying to snipe...less annoying because I do manage to poison those guys occasionallly :p

Ming is definitely most annoying and loves to talk shit but whatever, that's part of the game. He's got a good shot, by far not the best but after doing the *same* thing for about 2-3 years or whatever, you are bound to improve your game, unless you're someone like STUMPE. As far as enjoyment of playing, Raven definitely. The most mature sniper I have played against and the most unpredictable. Never bitches or whines or says "bs" after you kill him. Always chimes in with a bunch of v56's. Cheers to him.

You say that Ming is unpredictable, but here's what he does:
Allies: Starts sniping in the water, i mp40 him from top bunker, then he's either on the right or left hand side (usually the hill as an LT). Loooooove to knife him so he has to go sniper, drop weapon, /kill, then go LT again.
Axis: Snipe for a little while then venom in war room. He may be a good sniper but up close, not so good. All that sniping time has left him lacking in general melee skills.

Wow, red sharpie's post reflected almost exactly my thoughts. About a week ago, I wrote about half of what he said, then got lazy and went and played some Wolf instead. Mings a decent sniper if you repeatedly show yourself on upper base, or stand in one spot. But I find that when I actually get annoyed enough by the sniping, and I go sniper...Ming knows about 2 spots, doesn't move too much, and relies too much on a low ping to try to get the first shot off.

Ming also shoot up to 4 times before he can hit someone. I already sniped next to him and I was killing more than him because he just spend a lots of ammo for nothing. That's probably why he snipes as a lt. Raven is just more accurate and like people said, he's always nice to play with and he's not agressive.
