Conclusions about HPC

I just played on HPC. No one moves because there's air strikes everywhere. But except that, nothing's wrong. People were allright, I can't say if they are good because of the lot of air strikes but it doesnt seem to be a bad server. My lag experience there was bad, so I wont go back, but it's not so bad that people are saying.

LOL, i think that it's cool to have a rival server. Give's us something to talk about . For some reason it reminds me of Cheers (yes the show) and its rivalry with garys old town tavern. Maybe us clanless guys should put an ECG tag next to our names to show our support and love for this server.

ECGN up, HPC down.

This server owns and the others got to talk about us! Punkin KEEK like that is wrong, man. He's the coolest admin a person could beg ammo off of.

Edogg, militant, ghostb0t (rev), NOFX, HotGarbage would put a lickin on thier ass.

And I hate those servers with nothing but airstrikes....and f-ing mines!

While I may have respect for ECG Network - great server (except for the occasional server lag) - I have no respect what-so-ever for Sh@dow Raven. Who do you think you are? Spreading blatant LIES around about Happy Penguin Classic? First of all, the server NEVER has lag. In the past month, the server has creashed 2 or 3 times a day (and has stopped now) but that was all because Prey Grounds was updating. Other than the past 1 month period, the server has been flawless. Everybody's ping is excellent. I experience more lag on ECG than HPC (but again, ECG is still a good server for Beach). Air strikes are used quite a bit, yes, but it is better than having a server FULL of only MEDICS. Playing on the ECG Beach server, everyone and I mean EVERYONE is a medic. Occasionally I will play and there will be 2 or 3 Soldiers, but not one lieutenant. I have been playing frequently the past few weeks, and I have gotten ammo from an ammo pack ONCE. The rest were from guns that were dropped. Reason being? Because nobody wants to be a Lieutenant due to the ridiculous charge time.

Another blatant lie, HPC limits the panzers to 5 per team!! So, what is this "infinite numbers of Panzers...." Have you no moral grounding? That is a flat out lie. Venoms and Flames are not limited, but you also do not see many people using a Flame Thrower.

They do not have Max Lives because the server runs on Depot 24/7, and is a 64 player server. It was not meant to run with max lives.

IMHO, HPC beats out ECG 24/7 Beach any day. I mean, the ECG Beach server DOES have lag from time to time - nothing major, but certainly more than HPC (since HPC never really has any). However, ECG is much more respectable than the majority of the HP clan members. 90% of the people over there are immature teenagers who use excessive verbal flaming and cussing to make themselves seem "cool." This Sh@dow Raven guy should not have natural and human rights as the rest of us do - he is simply an immoral person. In a list of best words to describe him, I must say:

Oh, and after actually reading the rest of the posts, somebody advised to stop the flaming - that was probably the most accurate post I have seen. If you do not want them here spamming and flaming the shit out of you (in hordes of 20 or 30) then you may want to lock the thread and not talk about them again. I have barely survived over there just by being honest and mature - now if you are lieing about their server AND flaming them, I can only shudder at what that might bring upon you...

They allow 56Kers to play, so people like PenisMonkey and Rabid Monkey (as well as others, those two are just the frequents) will lag like shit. However, if you have Cable or DSL, you will get perfect connection with no lag.

I am not a member of either clans, nor do I really like those at HP. You can go over there now and read all the topics I have posted in and see the hostility between many of them and myself. However, just as I have said to them, and said here, I do not take kindly to liars like Sh@dow Raven.

I don't care about generalisations we both know they are not true, and I don't have a problem with HP but this shit (see picture) crosses the line. Did you miss the part where I said that most of the players there were immature and used excessive flaming and verbal abuse to try to seem cool? I already acknowledged that is what goes on over there, which is why I also said ECG is much more respectable. That is also why I said (on the HP forums) I put my money on ECG to win.

Everything I said about Sh@dow Raven was true. He is a lieing bastard not worthy of breathing our oxygen. Any lie as blatant as the multiple ones he posted in his attempted flame of HPC is crossing the lines just as badly as Toenail was in that picture.

that server blows it has for years there should be a sign when you log onto that server saying "welcome wolfplayer your have a home @ happy penguin" the server settings are whack 5 panzer limit is noobland i.m.o and medics cant pic up the faust .?all the players there talk loads of childish shit and they are so horrible at this game.nothing worse then a shit talker with no skill and a panzer.thats like every regular on hpc they have been doing there stupid shit for years iam glad there is a shitty server like that around cause it keeps less white named wolfplayers no0bz off the beach.ecgn vs hpc .? ecgn>hpc by a landslide i know there is complaints about ecgn admins but could u imagine having to deal with the idiots @ hpc i know iam glad there is some adults on ecgn to keep some sort of order or else it would be a bunch of 15 y/o kids yellin niggggaaaa j3w son blah blah blah .

WOW... Talk about talking shit ... Re-read your post and see how much of it is jibberish. Learn the language before attempting to make an insightful post... First of all, it is clear that you have no idea what you are talking about. HPC is not a clan you idiot. HP is the clan, HPC stands for Happy Penguin Classic. Point in fact, the SERVER (Happy Penguin Classic) is much better than the SERVER ECG Network 24/7 Beach. I agree that, the clan ECGN could beat the clan HP, but as far as the servers are concerned, HPC beats the ECG server. I mean, not only does it have one more player slot, it also is less laggy, better pings (not counting 56K), and a more fun configuration - a configuration that does not cause 90% of the server to be a medic... I also stated, repeatedly now, that they are very childish and immature... Why do you people insist on arguing poitns I myself already made??? It is as if you are avoiding the real meaning of my post - that the Happy PEnguin Classic SERVER is better than the ECG Network Beach SERVER.

Happy Penguin has some poor configuration choices as does ECGN. Neither of the servers are perfect by far. I, myself, prefer Beach because the skill level is slightly higher. If the skill level of Beach dropped down to the level of HPC, both the servers would be equal in terms of fun. I really don't see a clear advantage from either server aside from the players.

I know your just trying to say that if it weren't for the admins this kind of stuff would happen, but please don't stereotype younger people, such as myself, as immature.

The people I've seen on HPC are very immature, unless they are all 15 .


As for ECGN being a laggy server? You guy's must not have a good machine or connection. Anyone on wolf with a 56k connection will lag or have a bad ping on any server. If you have DSL or cable you should have a good ping on ECGN. If you don't your high speed connection is horrible, or you need a new graphics card. You don't expect to go onto any game with a Pentium III chip with 128mb's of ram and a 56k connection and get no lag. Get with it guys.

Skill wise, I have no idea how good the guys are on HPC. The few times I have played there it was complete chaos with a/s's every 5 seconds, panzers flying down the train every 10 seconds and nades everywhere. If you can dodge all of this and kill someone than maybe your good for that server.

In my opinion to be good on ECGN means to kill 2 or 4+ guys in one life while reviving 2 or 3+ teammates and getting 35+ or higher accuracy.

People like Militinat who frequent the ECGN server are guys that have fun owning the gaming world. They know they own, they play to own, and they just have fun doing it. They never have an attitude because they know they are awsome players and are so good they shouldn't be mad.

There are plenty of others like wo0t, Vasiliy, CowGoMoo, HotGarbage, Space Ghost, Cyrus, The Hand, and so many others to name (sorry if I forgot you).

And you think your wolfplayers would own our wolfplayers? What kind of crap is that. If you don't know how to change your name you shouldn't be playing the game at all. And if you think that if a wolfplayer comes on your server for an hour and leaves as a "1337" your wrong. It takes a while to get good at any game.

Also just for the record, ECGN is not a clan it is a business and a gaming community.
