No, that's absolutely wrong. 64-Bit isn't the only change. The memory-controller is on the CPU now and not on the motherboard anymore, which makes the A64 3200+ a lot faster than Intel's Pentium 4-3.2GHz (especially in games).

Ok, it would cost 80€ more because of the motherboard, but it's worth it. :D

I do believe the parts are recycled from the bf servers...thus they're not paying any money for new parts.

Actually, the parts arent recycled from the BF server at all.

Our main BF server has had that hardware ever since I built it, same thing with the BFV server.

The parts I am replacing it with are coming from a ECGN server that I decommissioned.

I really havnt noticed any changes to the lag myself. But I dont get lag :D . Will this help lessen the amount of crashes/server restarts, hope it does. Its always good to see over 40 people on :)
