wTh doesnt tolerate hacks!!!

The thing I don't understand, as already stated, is when I lose connection, I freeze in one spot, and am unable to move. If I try to move, I am pulled back to the spot where I "froze", until my connection reestablishes.

In all three demos, there is no freezing, no jerky movements, it is smooth as silk. The player continues to "fly" forward, smoothly, just like no-clip mode.

I am not saying there was or was not a hack/cheat, but I can't understand how there was no jerking or freezing during the connection interupt.

PB has to be set to pick up cvars, that are out of a set range. PB on ECGN might not be set for whatever (if he is) using some cvar setting, to allow this wall clipping.

PB not kicking someone, does not mean the player is clean, just that all his cvars are within the ranges PB is set for on that particular server.

Even if you can fly through walls its not going to help you that much when playing lol...though it would be pretty cool to come flying through the ducts and back into the docs with the docs and continue to fly to the radio room

I watched all the demos.

There are convincing statements coming from my guys about the wall, the lighting beyond the wall, etc.

Then there is the demo SL made, with an explanation on how to do this yourself.

Both sides attempt to validate the argument.

I'm not out to try to persuade someone to think a certain way, I'm just stating what I've used to form my opinion on this.

I don't think a hack was used. :freak:

What its doing to our clan. I can't stand this shit. I hate having ultimatums be given, or dropped in my lap when it consists of choosing people that I enjoy gaming with. We are all better than this.

Like Parrot said someone else besides the accused hacker needs to try what he is saying happened in the demo. Or, someone needs to post actual proof that the server itself has picked up the clipping hack.

Gray lying through his teeth as he makes up his explanation. The pack darkens immediately? It takes the same amount of time for the pack to lose light as when you walk around the corner. Go try and be amazed.

There is no light on the stairs. And time it yourself. Walk from my spot to the stairs and the exact same time when you walk, my light disappears. Because that what happened, I walked.

I made a demo but go ahead and test it out yourself. It's not hard.

I don't know what your problem is. The spectator lost connection, it shows that in the real demo, not some faked clip. The lighting is consistant with regular movement. No one went through any walls.

I also find it funny the real demo starts as soon as it shows me "going through the wall" in the real demo then ends shortly after... set up? The moment I joined people were acting edgy.

I don't think Gray is deliberately lying, not at all. I am sure he believes what he is saying. He may be wrong in his beliefs, that is what an ongoing discussion is about.

I express no opinion as to whether or not that is a hack. I am merely bemused that with my crappy ping and dubios connection I have never seen it before. Stranger things have happened...

You won't see it unless you record a demo and lose connection. While your in the server you just sit there as CI. You also have to be specing someone else.
