i've see people (well one specific person) use voice commands in spec mode who aren't admin and I thought only admins had that ability. if not how would i go about doing that? i occasionally sit in spec mode for 5 to 10 minutes just watching people and thought it'd be nice to throw a V56 in here and there. I didn't want to waist a thread on the question so i thought i stick the spam in here.
