Another question. Let's say he really didn't know it: How can you make someone to an admin if he doesn't know the rules? :confused:

Don't misunderstand me, I'm not going to require a punishment against YOOPER (shit happens), but that's a rule every level 0 user on this forum knows. It was discussed 1000 times.

"yar" says that they are consecutive. If that was so then the console in the shots should show some overlap. There is no overlap. This leads me to believe that there is a good chunk of the situation that we are not seeing.

When i said consecutive i was referring to my interaction with Yooper, ie...the 1st ss shows what the 1st thing he said to me, and the 2nd shows the 2nd interaction between us....yes there is a chunk missing as u can tell by the timestamp(about 45seconds...the time it took for me to /kill twice and kill the "parade" of people in the trench (it was 5v5 or 6v6 and i never got more than 2kill panz's))....but all thats there is regular console junk (blah was killed by blah's mp40, etc) no reason to post that, i'm not trying to make a .gif out of console pics...

According to Yoopers post this SS is close to a yr old,

Wow. What a bunch of whiners. Again.

1. /kill for noob players to use. IMO - not needed for good gameplay.

2. Some servers that /kill will get you kicked. So I guess you while you might be l33t on 24/7 you couldn't be l33t on other servers?

3. Beach becomes 'tard heaven unless someone craks down. I suppose I am the only one that ever got a PM telling me chill out or change something.

4. Hey, come on over to our server[s]. But hold on- PB wouldn't let you on with your tweaks probaly and you'd meet the big boot with first PM blow-off or disrespect.

Oh yeah - thats why it's invite only and pzwd protected. 'Tard proofed it.

That was constructive. I love how you (and others ) discredit someone when you dont know what he did ( common say me whant he did, and if I was there). For me he has more credibility than others who say be responsibles.

Hi EGCN guys, what up! This is my first post, so bear with me.

I have only been playing on EGCN beach server for about a month, I recently reinstalled Wolf after a year off because my friend quit and gave me his cd. I have been having a blast shoting with everyone on the server so far, and EGCN is the most fun server I find so far.

However, these past week I have been harassed by 'Yooper' as well. About two weeks ago, I did not know he was an admin, and got in an arguement with him about something (he got mad at <bd>medic one when he was using a flamer thrower, and I defended medic one, who is a good player in my eyes). Ever since then, I feel like I have a mark on my back (Yooper somehow knew all the names I have used in the past month, so somehow he tracks me). A few days after that, Yooper has threatened to kick me for really minor things. He kicked me when I talked about marijuana (not dealing or anything bad like that), and threatened to for tk/reviving him when he had low health.

I was unfamiliar with the server rules, two days ago I went on these forums to educate myself fully. I was surprised to learn that /kill was not kickable. So last night (October 21), I saw Yooper was on, so I went onto server to see what he would do to me. I recorded a demo (ENCLOSED BELOW), you guys can all see for yourself what he did to me. Notice:

1. This was very early in the morning, so there were only 6-7 people on the server

2. Our team was outnumbered most of the match, our team only had 2 people

3. My only teammate was an engineer, so there was no medic on the team. I was a leut (not a panzer!).

4. I point out the server rules, and Yooper KNOWINGLY chooses to ignore them and enforces his own personal set of rules

5. Nobody except Yooper is complaining. Not a single complaint. People tend not to complain when I /kill because I never do it in a 1v1 fight, that is lame. I do it for health/ammo/position, as the demo shows.

6. The reason for the ban was '/kill cheat, and low neg score' but notice how my score WAS NOT NEGATIVE AT ALL. Not even -1. He is just making up excuses to ban me.

7. His reason for calling it cheating was that I was using it 'To get back up top'...as in get back in good positioning. Isn't that the smart thing to do?

With an admin like Yooper, it was no surprise to me that when the ban wore off, the server had a population of 0. I know I can be argumentative at times, but just because I argue with people once in a while, I think I deserver to be treated fairly. This demo only shows one instance where Yooper has been harassing me. I'm guessing MMMGood is a powerful admin? I expect him to live up to his word, and please do something about Yooper.

I was going to say clean up the trash off
the beach but this doesn't need to be personal.

Just a disagreement about what the facts are really. Yooper still has his day in "court".

people are the sum of their actions... Yoop has done more good than bad so i give him credit. Do i agree with what he did? no. But its not my position to say.

Now voodoo on the other hand has NO right to say anything about this after his TKing debacle, shoulda been permbanned in my opinion. However i am not admin so if he's playing, then whatever.

Looks like another one (whiner) has joined the fray! Guess what, whining about the whiners...makes you a whiner!

/kill is needed if you are using the spawn timers correctly. I use it just to piss people off...works wonders at that, which is good gameplay as far as I'm concerned.

Yes, I think you are. I always get PMs asking me for lessons a la Militant.

This is just one of the many reasons why your servers are not as populated as the 1337 ECGN servers.
