Huh? Do you mean the quality of care, or the fact that not everyone has health insurance handed to them? It's true that many people in the US choose not to buy health insurance, but the option is there. I have friends that like their high speed internet, 300 cable tv channels and unlimited cell phone plans way too much to waste money on health care, but that's their choice.

US citizens are so eager to wave the red white and blue over their heads which is a good thing but maybe sometimes it may be better to raise the middle finger instead.

I'm going to have to disagree there. Wholeheartedly disagree.

For example:

If US healthcare is so poor, then why are there so many FMG's here? Foreign Medical Graduates CLOG our medical education system, competing for post-graduate training with Americans. FMG's specifically have to register as such, and trust me, the numbers are staggering. If we're so bad, then why do so many want to come here specifically to learn medicine?

This is just one argument of many that I could go on and on about, but frankly I'm not in the mood to waste my time.
