Weasel, it is pathetic you used an exploit to jump so far high, and that you gloat about it. Had you used something similar on an ECGN server, there'd be a ban on you.

What is even more pathetic is you are in second, and when you are in first you are barely a head of me even though you used such a stupid exploit. It barely makes up for the crappy team you assembled.

I honestly never thought you would stoop so low to do it, yet alone gloat about it.

The league mirrors one i am in. One thing that is constant is picking up players to get starts and IP's and Wins. Count on a IP limit and a limit on the number of moves you can make next year.

LOL JT, you set up the league, I just looked at the config and played accordingly. I should be congratulated for being so smart, loading up on saves at the beginning of the year and being able to ride it out.

And it is not being 'so smart.' It is somethign children do when joinign randon leagues on yahoo, espn, etc. I honestly never thought an ECGN'er would ever do it. It is an exploit of the system, not something I would ever do, and something I am extremely suprised you did.

Jimmy get over it. It's a weasel move and you should know that. The name fits him well. What you shouldve done was the same thing as him. Shouldve came on at 12:01am every day and pick up the starters for the next day and drop yours. Dont sit back and watch him take the lead from you. you knew it was going to happen. It's a stats league, if it were head to head you would have the right to throw a hissy fit. Dont blame it on weasel, KOB set up the league. bitch to him if you want some bitching to do. Ive been in last the entire league and never dropped any of my players this year like I did last so be glad I didnt

If i start a league next year, it is definitely going to be set up to curb stats padding and using the free agency as a bullpen. Since im in 9th place, i really have no place to bitch about it cuz the squad i put together was total ass. This is something to be settled between JT and Weasel.

KOB if you do a league next year I will join, and hopefully try and not miss the live draft. Those are key for a good team, I missed it this year. But dude, please make it head to head. It's much more fun that way and people won't blow everyone else out of the water. With stats leagues the top 4 get ahead of the rest by too much I think. At least with head to head you make a few good pick ups if your doing bad and can come back at the end of the season. Head to head is usually much closer anyways, and more interesting.

if you set up innings pitched limits and free agent and waiver move limits that curbs a lot of the people grabbing a huge lead in one category and then trading them for another. It also makes you pick and choose who you want to be in and who you think will get the hell beat out of em in a start. By doing that, ERA and WHIP are more realistic to your team, not the collective stats to a bunch of guys that spend one day in your lineup.

head to head is where it's at. if you dont want to do it then dont. but we have done stats the past 2 years. Its time for a change I think. make it interesting man, head to head.

Random, If I picked up and drop starters it would hurt my team, as my ERA and WHIP would drop. He only has 1 point for each since he is dead last now in those stats.

yea but with hot bats and the amount of wins, and k's he can get from that doesn't matter if he is dead last in 2 categories. but hey, I also warned him that it would hurt his era and whip. but obviously it didn't matter. scroll through the posts on there, I told him it would hurt his era and whip. picking up starters like that is like a 50/50 chance for a win and a good outing. I guess I'd be more pissed if I was in your situation too. good luck to both of you and may the best man win.
