pb does check for cvar violations.. open your consol and watch when you first join the server. the reason he wasn't kicked taking those screenshots is because he's a spectator.

the reason he wasn't kicked is because it's ecgn, and ecgn doesn't run punkbuster, meaning u can do all the hacks you want. cg_bobup -1, cg_errordecay

Yeah that's why I posted that note. PB is enabled in ECGN now. I just didn't know if that brightness was within CVAR limits. ;D
