I guess one boys joke is an insult to a woman. In other words things are often perceived differently by others and doing so with an admin is taking your chances

And pointing out grammatical or literary errors on an internet forums means you are a loser with too much time on your hands. Maybe spend some of that time looking for a job so other people do not have to support you
