Question for New Admin

Postby arkaine » Sat Oct 30, 2004 5:17 pm

I was wondering if there was any way that something could be put on the server directing people with questions about admin status or increasing their status to ask by PM in the forum. There is so much voice spamming and people not playing because of chatting that it's sucking the fun right out of the game. I know that everyone wants their daily dish of the ECG soap opera that is going on lately but it's getting tiring. I know that checking admin status is important, actually I don't know why it's important to go from peon to a regular but why does it have to be done so many fricken times.

Anyhow, maybe the first step to getting back to somewhat normalcy is to direct people to the forums instead of hashing and rehashing and hashing and rehashing and hashing and rehashing......and on and on and on...

Thanks

allow me to play devils advocate....

When people yap too much on the chat and I just want to play... I remove the chat board from my view... it is nice to do that once in awhile. When I do it I usually change my name so people don't try to talk to me and think I am ignoring them. No seeing all the yapping, and you just get to play with no one knowing you.. its nice once a month to do that just to mix it up a bit....

There is a lot of talk going on in global lately...much more than normal esp with the recent developments. I'll ask that any questions about leveling and recent events be done in pm and I along with the others will do our best to answer those questions. Frag ya later, good post Arkaine
